The Institute of Florida Real Estate Schools (IFREC) was founded in 1983 and is the oldest and largest privately owned real estate school in Central Florida and is celebrating its 24th year. The faculty has grown to 45 instructors and eleven (11)career counselors/registrars. IFREC has a full service marketing department working with the broker community and has successfully contracted with the most prestigious firms and Associations of REALTORS in the real estate industry today. The marketing department schedules classes to be held in other states as well.
In order to serve its ever increasing enrollments, IFREC has five (5)permanent classroom locations in addition to its Orlando corporate site. They are located in South Orlando, Kissimmee, East Orlando, Tampa and Stuart. All other scheduled classes are generally held at REALTOR Associations and hotel facilities or broker offices throughout Florida.
With documented success stories of its weekend State Exam Prep Course, many smaller schools refer pre-license students to IFREC for this popular preparatory class. While this class is offered every weekend (except holidays), due to its demand, early registration avoids the disappointment of no seating available and being wait listed.
