Armbrust Real Estate Institute (AREI) was founded by Betty Armbrust in 1962 and is the first state approved, privately owned Colorado Real Estate School. Today, second generation educator Patrick Armbrust is the School Director expanding the original real estate courses of real estate brokerage into appraisal and mortgage.
The school has five locations and offers real estate classes seven days a week, with day evening and weekend schedules available.
Patrick obtained his Colorado Real Estate Sales Associate license in 1978 and his Broker Associate license in 1996and is also a past Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA). The Institute of Florida Real Estate Schools (IFREC) was founded in 1983 and is the oldest and largest privately owned real estate school in Central Florida and is celebrating its 24th year. The faculty has grown to 45 instructors and eleven (11)career counselors/registrars. IFREC has a full service marketing department working with the broker community and has successfully contracted with the most prestigious firms and Associations of REALTORS in the real estate industry today. The marketing department schedules classes to be held in other states as well.
In order to serve its ever increasing enrollments, IFREC has five (5)permanent classroom locations in addition to its Orlando corporate site. They are located in South Orlando, Kissimmee, East Orlando, Tampa and Stuart. All other scheduled classes are generally held at REALTOR Associations and hotel facilities or broker offices throughout Florida.
With documented success stories of its weekend State Exam Prep Course, many smaller schools refer pre-license students to IFREC for this popular preparatory class. While this class is offered every weekend (except holidays), due to its demand, early registration avoids the disappointment of no seating available and being wait listed.

The Robbins & Lloyd Career Training Institute has educated real estate professionals in Wisconsin since its establishment in 1968. Licensed by the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing and the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, the Institute's educational courses, where required, and instructors have also been approved by the State of Wisconsin Educational Approval Board. The Institute prepares individuals to write the examinations given to prospective real estate salespersons and brokers, licensed appraisers, and insurance agents by the testing service for the State of Wisconsin. Additional programming geared to professional growth, real estate and insurance continuing education, and courses for appraisers and mortgage loan officers are also offered by the Institute.
