Terry Farr Seminars is a real estate education center fully accredited by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission since 1988. Full-time instructors offer day, evening and weekend classes for salespersons and brokers. Terry Farr Seminars became part of the RealtyU® Network of schools and colleges in September of 2007.
Terry Farr School of Real Estate offers both day, evening and weekend classes for salesperson course, day and evening classes for the broker courses. All of our full-time instructors are active in their respective fields and are members of both the Fayetteville Association of REALTORS® and the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association.
We offer Continuing Education courses on a varying schedule in an effort to meet the needs of our students. A variety of electives are available regularly at our schools while select courses are offered statewide. For more information concerning these courses please contact the school.
