The CNS® designation is awarded upon completion of the following:
- Successful completion of the CNS course, including passing of the CNS exams - takes about 4 hours. The course is presented in a cutting-edge multimedia format that allows you to learn at your own pace and the best time that fits your busy schedule.
- Submitting proof of neighborhood knowledge. Proof can be provided by completing the course projects at the end of each of the four modules or a student may submit proof of five closed transactions within the neighborhood during a two year period or the student may submit for proof of neighborhood knowledge a completed Neighborhood Report through eNeig''''
